Continuing Christian Education(CCE)

St. Catherine of Siena presents a Religious Education Program, based on the Archdiocesan guidelines. The purpose of this program is to help and guide you and your family, to further develop your relationship with God, “nurturing a real relationship to Jesus and the Father in the Holy Spirit …” (NCD #173)

CCE Registration for 2009-2010

Registration is open during the month of August.  In order to register a child, you the parent/s or guardians are asked to make an appointment with our Pastor, Fr. Niall and fill out the registration. This will also help Fr. Niall, who is new in the parish, get to know you and your family.  Registration closes on Wednesday, September 30, 2009.

 Fees:

• During May-Aug:
  $30 for one child
  $60 for two children
  $90 for three or more children
• Late Registration starting Sep 9^st:
  $60 for one child
  $90 for two children
  $120 for three or more children

We need Volunteers!

Catechist Opportunities

• Share your faith, wisdom and talents with the children and youth of St. Catherine of Siena.
• We offer formation in theology, scripture, morality, and catechetical skills
• All volunteers are required by the Archdiocese to complete an Application for Volunteer Service, to attend a three-hour Virtus program “Protecting God’s Children”, and to successfully complete a background clearance.

Class Program Schedules

Pre Kinder –  Junior High school CCE - The first class will start on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.

High School CCE: Our High School CCE program is based on a home-school model. The youth will come together every three weeks with their parent’s to receive formal instruction from our staff and catechists, take lessons home to share and deepen with you the parent/s. This program is scheduled to start September 30, 2009.

Youth Group - All who are interested must be registered in our CCE program. Our program will be in conjunction with Archdiocesan and parish planned events.
